TAKE MY FAST TRACK 15-MINUTE CHALLENGE
1. Fill up a large cup / water bottle with 16oz of water. Add the juice of 1 whole lemon or several drops of DoTerra Lemon Essential Oil (it's food-grade). Drink the whole dang thing within the next 30 minutes. No lemon? Try lime or grapefruit.
2. While your working on your water intake - prep this for later. Dust off the blender (or blender cups) and make a green juice. Fill the blender with all your ingredients needed, then put it in the fridge. Set 2 alarms on your phone for 1 hour from now and 4 hours from now. When the alarm sounds, simply blend it up and drink half. Put the remaining half back in the fridge and re-blend before drinking it when your 2nd alarm goes off.
3. Take 5 and stretch. There's nothing more rewarding than a good ol stretch to get your whole body back into alignment and on track. You can take a break on cooking and follow the challenge as laid out or ADD this into your current daily routine. The juices are best drank in between meals on an empty stomach. Then you can eat a lighter meal if desired.
